Sunday will start very warm with sunshine but as the remnants of Isaac move in from the west today, storms will develop late this afternoon into the evening. The main threat will be damaging winds gusts and flash flooding with any storms that develop today. High temperatures today will be around 92° with very muggy conditions before the storms start popping.
Remember that tents or temporary structures are not safe in any thunderstorm. It takes far lower wind speeds to knock down a tent and tents do not protect you from lighting. You can stay up to date on the forecast by following me on Twitter @wxbrad.
