Time to leave the Outer Banks for Irene

The track has shifted just a bit with Irene but in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter. The size and strength of the storm coupled with the vulnerability of the Outer Banks means they be hammered regardless.  The changes does now threaten more sections of eastern North Carolinas especial from Moorhead City north to New Bern, Greenville and Washington, NC.
